How long will it take to receive my order?

Where do you ship?

AURION ships to the United States and selected international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to supported destinations. Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please allow up to 48 hours after the tracking status changes, as carriers can occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery. Check around your property, with household members and with nearby neighbors. If the parcel is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support.aurion@gmail.com.

No. Under our current return policy, returned products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.
