If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the eligible product cost, subject to the return conditions below.
Guarantee Period
AURION Cayenne Pepper Softgels: You have 120 days from the date of your order to request an eligible refund.
Return Conditions
We accept returns on unopened, sealed bags only within the 120-day guarantee window.
Opened bags are not eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be:
- Unopened
- Sealed
- Returned within 120 days of the original order date
- Sent to the return address listed below

How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us First

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for your order
- A brief note stating that you would like to request a return
Please do not send your product back before contacting our support team.
Step 2: Ship Your Items Back
After contacting us, securely package the eligible unopened and sealed products and send them to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns sent without tracking are at the customer's risk, and we cannot issue a refund for packages that we do not receive.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return and confirm that the products meet our return requirements, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
After we process your refund, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Approved refunds generally cover the eligible product price only, unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a full refund under this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your AURION product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not return it before contacting us.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
After reviewing the issue, we may provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
If we confirm that your order was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, you will not be required to pay return shipping.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If your purchase qualifies for a return, you may return the eligible product according to this Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
Restocking Fee
AURION does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Orders Lost in Transit
If your order has not been received within 21 days of shipment, please contact us at support.aurion@gmail.com.
After reviewing the tracking information and confirming the shipping status, we may offer:
- A 100% refund for the affected order, or
- A free replacement shipment
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact support.aurion@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
Once confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

AURION Cayenne Pepper Softgels are covered by our 120-day money-back guarantee.
You have up to 120 days from the original order date to request an eligible return.
The guarantee is subject to the conditions stated in this Refund Policy, including the requirement that returned products remain unopened and sealed.
Refund Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have documented evidence of fraudulent or abusive activity, including:
- Repeated or serial refund abuse
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Manipulated or false claims
- Refund requests made in bad faith
This does not affect legitimate refund requests made in good faith within the applicable guarantee period.
